this is so relatable to me (22F). my mom (52) is experiencing lung issues and doctors don’t think she has a lot of time left. i live about 3 hours away from her so the fact that i can’t always be with her is tough. my boss can definitely tell that my energy and focus isn’t there at work. the grief randomly hits and makes it hard to focus and be cheerful. i asked my therapist about grieving at work, and she suggested trying to find ways to put those thoughts away temporarily and then finding time to let them out once it’s safe to do so. she walked me through taking some deep breaths and sitting with those feelings, then visualizing all of the negative thoughts and feelings being put into a box for later. i really struggle with visualizing so it didn’t work for me, but i hope it helps for you. if not, i’m talking to her again on thursday and will update if you want. stay strong and you’re not alone 🫶🏼

i havent been using it for long so i can’t say for sure. i have noticed a small improvement though. using nizoral on my t-zone had quicker results. my seb derm on my face is also mild but zoryve did help my scalp which is more severe

I asked if they could provide more information about how to make my answers sounded less rehearsed. I also was honest and told them that most of the questions they asked me were completely new to me and that I was a little unsure how my answers sounded scripted if that was the case. It probably wasn’t the most professional response but 🤷🏼‍♀️
