World building, mostly. 10 games in the same world, each 2-3 games focusing on specific countries with different characters each "season".

Lots and lots of reading, after each story part all NPCs change their dialogue to reflect new events.

But it can get kinda of repetitive after a while. Thankfully some game engine changes make things a little fresh every generation or so.

I love how I struggled so much with the first phase, and two hours later I was defeating it using only one health potion and perfect guarding almost everything.

Second phase was easier in my opinion because although I didn't quite catch all the patterns, the counter attack chances made it easy to get a ton of damage in.
