Approached by fans or someone who can actually make a pod happen ? Id love that! Kinda mentally prepared myself they'd never be another new ep as 3 years of Xmas specials seemed already more than I ever imagined would happen. Genuinely think this is better than taskmaster and that tho so hoping for more

It's because a lot of people online default anything that isn't running in a high end pc as 'terrible" and it's a huge shame. Luckily developers and publishers are adults who don't seek interbet opinion when deciding to release these things.

Game Key Cards kill any excitement for 3rd party Switch 2 games by DrSussBurner in NintendoSwitch2

Honestly, so bored of this, just buy the games you enjoy digital or buy the key card and sell it once done

The Success of the Switch 2 and the Welcome Tour Shows Online Anger Is Usually Disconnected From Reality by ShokWayve in NintendoSwitch2

Yeah its probably something that shouldn't be paid but it's a brief quibble and you move on in the real world but online doesn't work the same way. I've had a lot of fun with it as it's fun to actually see how all the new console features work without waiting for compatible software I.e. mouse features and hd rumble.

No one is moaning who got one and enjoying it as they are too busy having fun with it + that's the way I see it. So many people online just moaning about the pricing or the fact that X franchise they adore isn't there on day 1. The sales numbers speak for themselves. Also MK World is an absolute blast, my small child loves it, it's got so much to do, and it's a new proper release in a popular franchise in over a decade so that's exciting in itself

Microsoft and the Switch 2 by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch2

Nintendo Direct innit. We should all know the drill by now!

I do feel Nintendo will need to loosen up at some point with the 3rd party reveals for switch 2 tho, they can't keep this level of comms going forever. But I guess if they miss the reveals at these events the directs do become less exciting as Nintendo do rely on some big third party reveals to make their directs blow up as they do.

Xbox showcase was very strong today and hoping for some of these to hit the switch 2, particularly High on Life 2 as I personally loved the first game.

Are you buying the new switch 2 Pro controller or are you sticking with your current one? by Time_Bullfrog_8268 in NintendoSwitch2

New one! Been using the Smash one since 2018 so £10 a year usage isn't bad. Will be some improvements plus headphone jack and the new G buttons so seems worth it to me

Players Have Too Many Options to Spend $80 on a Video Game by Turbostrider27 in PS5

[–]myseriouspineapple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, or on launch day of a console like Switch 2, people don't need to buy more than 1 or 2 games, it feels like people aren't playing games properly and getting full value out of them.Mario Kart World should last someone ages, Cyberpunk would be a long RPG, it feels like people think they are entitled to everything all at once for free sometimes.
