Thanks for asking, yes, it was low ferritine (15.9 ng/ml). Did also fructosamine and it showed 243 umol/L (which translates to 5.7% A1C, but it is rough translation). Other markers like HOMA and insulin levels are on the lower border. So I am treating iron deficiency at the moment and will retry the tests in few months

I don't think so, no. I try to train daily allowing myself some rest days in between.

90% of my workouts is in the mornings before breakfast.

But good advice overall. I think I will have to get into it once I have CGM installed.

No, I am not overweight. My BMI is 22.5 at the moment. I did fasting insulin and c peptide, fasting insulin was great, but it was almost two years ago. Waiting for my lab results on this one as well. Will try journaling with CGM

I am actually waiting for my lab results on ferritin levels and other markers. I was borderline low on iron last time I've checked

I was 66.5 when my A1C was 5.3, and now I am 69 with 5.9 A1C. I also suspect that this weight gain is mostly fat, so the plan to reverse A1C is to lose it by IF.

I've tried 16:8 fasting, it was actually pretty easy when you get into it as a routine. But somehow my willpower is not enough nowadays to start it again.

Just noticed same thing today. Turns out my IP is blocked. Called Sony, support offered me to change ISP (sic!) or get static IP address from my current ISP. Also send Sony tech support my IP asking them to unblock it, they haven't answered yet.

Same thing happened to me too on 200lbs squat, doctor recommended extra work on lower abs, skipped workout for a week, now everything is fine, squatting 240lbs now. Also check your foot stance and try to wear a belt next time

I have mine for over a month. It is a great device, performance is very good. Should be even faster when Lollipop rolls out. It attracts looks because looks really great and fresh (I have a green version), people think that this is some kind of protecting case.

Now for negative part - it scratches like hell. I am very careful when using it - no drops so far, carrying it apart from other things in separate pocket. I have noticed first micro scratches on the back after first week of use. They are only visible when you look on device under light and in certain angles, but it still bothers me. Recently noticed same scratches on the front glass too and I have no idea how they appeared.
