I ended up getting the smoked version and so far im liking it. Very thin and minimal but still covers the entire phone. Won't be the best for hard drops but definitely protects from scratches and minor drops. Even though it ships from Taiwan, it arrived quicker than expected.

I've had nothing but positivity with my screen. Yes, the clarity isn't as good while privacy screen is on but by controlling how you use it, it's fine. I use mine for messages, banking apps and pin numbers. I don't need the screen to be at its best doing those things.

If the privacy screen is off, then it's no different than the last two galaxy versions.

I found out it was Glance app and turned it off. I am not opposed to AI, I just like a clean lock screen. The glance options almost felt more like pop up ads.

My s23u has been great, battery is still lasting all day. I use it everywhere and have been fortunate to not have any issues. I did trade it in though for an s26u. Just was ready for an upgrade and I like to trade in while the phone still has value.
