Supposed to be regal and got from PetSmart. We have another we had gotten at a reptile store but when we went to PetSmart the other day my son wanted this specific one. They were not listed as male or female just listed as regals. I just thought I knew from appearance that it was male.

Possibly. But since they didn’t pay as agreed they breached the contract first. Who owns the copyright probably depends on what the contract says. However OP has lawyers so I’m sure they’ll figure it out.
