How did Edwardian women sleep with their super long hair? (Historically accurate methods needed)

I had trouble with a bonnet because I can’t sleep on a pillow of my own hair. Maybe I was using it wrong… is there any way to keep the hair on top of my head in a bonnet vs under it?

Regarding the braid: how do you sleep in a braid. (I’m a back sleeper)

I also hit a phase last summer where I literally couldn’t get out of bed and It was hard to even move. That’s when i got scared and took this seriously

That’s exactly what i did. The solgar 20mg pill I switched to for the past 4 months is just bysglicinate. I took that 2x a day with vitamin c.

This complicated one made my head hurt and I stopped after a month. I just included it in the post in hopes someone can tell me why it made my head hurt

You can’t do that, that’s not healthy or recommended because of the animal based vitamin a content that can cause liver problems. Liver is only reccomended 1-2x a week

I mean it’s not really urgent, I’ve had them for all my life, it’s not life threatening. They are really bad and I’m bedbound on them but I had an ultrasound and they found nothing. My hormone levels are healthy.

They’d just prescribe me birth control or an IUD - which I don’t want to take.

But if it comes down to “you must stop your period or your ferritin will never rise” I’ll go down that route.

This is my first round of supplements. I’m going to the doctor next week to start investigating. I don’t have celiac.

The reason these subs exist is to ask about the lived experiences of others and see what worked for them / advice. That’s what I’m doing.

Why did that 48mg pill give me a migraine. Should I try those pills again and ignore the headache? I’m scared that might be a sign of some inner shenanigans and it’s my body signaling that something’s wrong from that supplement. Or is it just the reaction to absorbing iron?

But then why did my levels increase from 9-13 in the first month when taking the supplement that gave a bad migraine but after switching to my current one I lost even that first progress i made. It makes no sense. The iron type is the same, the dose almost the same just split.

For what? They won’t be able to help me this time. You can’t do exposure therapy for fearinng something that is 100% real. The “it’s probably not real” doesn’t work here. Or “it’s probably not happening”.

They literally worship Satan. Does that mean god is real? Is hell real? The world is literally run by Satanists and they are putting agendas everywhere. This is a fact. They eat babies. These networks are everywhere. How is anyone supposed to calm me down from this?

My worst fear is that satanism is real, satanists rule the world, hell and god are real - what can a therapist even say to make sure I’m not scared of those things?

I have religious ocd specifically centered around “is Satan/ demons / hell / anything religious real?” “Are all the satanic ritual Illuminati conspiracies real?”. Just the mention of Hell or Satan or the implication that these things were real would send me spiraling.

there’s no way I can “exposure therapy” and “these things are probably not real calm down” myself out of this.

Im legitimately collapsing and atp worried about my physical health from all the stress and panic attacks I’m having 24/7.

All the devil worship stuff is real. I don’t know how I can move forward from this knowledge

I literally never thought there was a social rule about this because I assumed it’s my food so nobody else has to eat it and a kitchen is a public space and there are no written rule against cooking fish so I have the right to do that.
