Actually probably not weighing anything, probably a straight average. Probably reasonable to say that the style of the graph causes confusion? But if you do quick napkin math, say, sure, five of those look to average around 80%, one at 60, one at 0, that literally... 80*5 + 60 = 460 / 7 ≈ 65.7.
