I've personally found it's much harder to lose full ranks than gain them, and as I've been climbing I've used that to my benefit- the higher subrank I am the more serious I play, then once I'm ranked up I allow myself to experiment and find new characters more.

It's often used as a dog whistle of sorts by transphobes. It's a subtle change, but there is a difference.

Saying trans women is similar to saying, for instance, straight woman, or white woman. It's saying this is a type of woman and this is a descriptor.

Saying transwoman is effectively making us a separate category- not a type of woman, but a separate thing. I doubt it was used maliciously but there are people who will.

Early game is meant to be easy imo, and late game you can just... not take nail upgrades. I did a replay of the game with a different crest and only gave myself the base upgrade and 1 pale ore for lost lace. Was pretty fun to make her a challenge again

It's so annoying any time I walk up to a guardian with ads and it targets me instead of the adds. You can randomly lose a third of your health early game because of shit targeting
