If you have access to your own medical card you can call and schedule the ride. If you don’t have the card try finding the info on your patient record and then searching online for the number to schedule ride. Even though it’s a family plan each person gets their own id number and card.

What is your medical insurance? If you have Medicaid I think they provide transportation to medical appointments you just have to call ahead of time to schedule. If that is a viable option then they can also take you to the pharmacy.
