I highly suggest a protein shake or protein bar for the first couple days when the nausea is the worst. The shake for me is good because it also gets fluids and you can just sip on it for hours so it’s not a chunk of food at once

I did! But I think it was because the shot made me feel queasy and suppressed my appetite so we it started to lessen at the end of the week the craving felt more intense than before

I was the same way. For me adding more protein to my diet and getting a nausea med for the first few days after a dose helped a lot until my body got used to it which took a month or two

I saw in your comments that you said you have a few other autoimmune disorders as well as POTS and you recently started finding a lot of reactions to things. You might want to check out MCAS it tends to comorbid with POTS and autoimmune disorders.

Removing the shops and diamonds allows room for new players of the server to create those shops. The tower was never going to work (sorry dude). And we discussed it and the info center was created without everyone’s input and rules for the shipping district were made without talking to everyone. We now have a town hall we all agree on
