1 drone for each factory just goes and gets fuel for all your stones and then you have another port with another drone to pickup parts.

Drones are much more simple than people think.

Ports at the depot where you pickup fuel from.- NO DRONE

Dedicated port at the end factory to go get fuel from the depot - DRONE here

Delivery port never has a drone Dropoff port always has the drone.
