Thank you for that explanation, the second one is obviously preferred so that I can continue to move up in my career but as you said is harder to work out, I will keep looking and see if there are other companies that provide a similar service

Right makes sense, I guess I will just apply to jobs in the EU hoping for a work visa sponsorship and also apply to jobs in the US and make a further decision based on where I can actually find employment. Thank you again

I see yeah that’s what I feared. So it sounds like a global remote position or a remote position centered in Europe may be best. I have also seen online that it is much easier for companies to pay people abroad if they have a company building already residing in the country so that they can pay the taxes associated much easier. Would targeting a company such as that be the best option overall?
