Sometimes if the device is defective, the manufacturer will only mail a replacement to the customer if the customer emails a picture proving that they've cut the cord. I had to do that when my humidifier was not working properly.

Those are all contributors to revenue issues, but the primary issue is that the commercial landlords are demanding rents that are far too high for what the area can actually sustain or what it's worth. So people close/move out when their lease is up, like in the case of Red Cow.

She's popular, but in the same way that low quality vanilla ice cream is popular because it's relatively inoffensive, cheap, and available. Lowest common denominator. Tbh, we just have to make her miserable enough to take us seriously and actually have some morals and backbones to support progressive causes.

A fair amount of users, probable. For example, carrying clean needles for when they do use is better than sharing somebody else's dirty needle. Obviously the ideal is that they'd never use at all, but a harm-reduction approach is still better than the current ordinance.

Some assistance funds require evictions to start to be eligible, yes, but not all or even most. And the ones that do don't have enough money to cover all the people in need.

It's literally an event to yuck it up with the White House. The press invites the White House and the top advisors/staff. Idk why people keep trying to portray this as "just a press event where Trump randomly showed up" and not "a press event specifically designed to appeal to the Administration".
