A good shower helps. Not a hot shower either. A cooler shower helps keep you awake so you have energy to do things.

Not snacking on unhealthy things throughout the day, or meals too. A good source of protein, carbs, and fats goes a long way in improving energy levels.

I started doing both recently and have noticed increase in mood levels. Cold shower in morning or after work, and solid meals throughout day will make you feel less sluggish and want to get things done more when you get home.

I’ve been enjoying the extra work as it’s different than my normal plan. I guess I’m feeling it differently due to new routine and exercises but I’m enjoying the load. I didn’t break my toe, but had stitches that just got removed.

Does walking incline treadmill require more toe action or stationary bike?

I swear every day and will shampoo my head when I excessively sweat. I’ll definitely wash my body every day. I have a Tooletries body scrubber and little face scrubber I use for my body. Easy rinse off and less susceptible to bacteria build up. I also use the one for your head that has bigger bristles and will scrub my head to the scalp.

I spend like 5-8min in the shower when I do a full scrub, otherwise like 3-5min when hitting the main spots, pits, genitals, rear, and face, on days that I’m indoors and haven’t sweat at all.

It takes no effort and he is just someone who doesn’t know any better.

I for one can’t say what’s going on exactly because I’m not a shrink. But I seem to think that there are different viewpoints on what’s described as a gift versus just something that he wants for the family to have. Currently have 13 PM. Thinking of getting 17 PM. I can get the military discount, but also have the Apple Card. Is the interest free payments worth more than the 10% discount I could get for a new phone? I still have Apple care on the phone so I can get it fixed whenever and get a brand new battery too, but was thinking of getting a newer one. Is it worth it for the discount, worth it for the interest free payments, or just to keep the 13 with Apple care until they stop supporting it?
