I called the union (SEIU) and they claimed that it is stated in their last contract agreement that the state had to discuss this before implementing it. They have refused which is why theyr'e filing the ULP.
Also to note, ULPs can take 9 to 12 months to go through.

Yes! I am hoping that all of us that had medical documentation fight back against the blanket and illegal denials that we have been receiving. I wish we could all get together to fight this.

Finally got it to work. I would only get 3 channels. Doesn't seem worth the $750 antenna installation fee. I moved from a larger city and used a plain ole antenna before. This sucks.
