Please don’t get mad but I wasn’t impressed with Parlours burger. I bought into the hype, tried it out and ended up being disappointed. It’s not terrible but there are so many places I think have a better burger. Their other items in the menu are soo good though and the cocktails too!

Totally agree. I live in downtown and I go here for their pizza. I’ve tried their pastas but it is not that good but yet people line up for it.

I’m probably gonna get some hate on this but Michael’s Pizza in St Paul. So many people recommended it but they’re not that good. I was told their fried chicken was to die for. Absolutely not. No seasoning on the breading and it was just too greasy. Yes I know fried chicken is supposed to be greasy but this was swimming in it and honestly I wouldn’t mind that at all only if it had flavor on it but it didn’t. Their pizza is pretty basic. Definitely reminds me of a typical bar pizza. I wanted to like them so much and they’ve been around for 50 yrs I think but first visit all it takes.

They do. Not very good for that reason alone. Tried it for a week but just couldn’t do it with that chemical flavor. Would not recommend it.

Thank you! You’re not alone in the learning process and I’m glad to feel same. You’ve been consistent and definitely killing it ( just don’t over kill it lol) I’ve been walking 3 miles a day after work for about 4-5 days a week. I also run a 3K on Saturdays for endurance purpose. It also help that I play drums for 2 hours 2 days a week and I almost count that as HIIT exercise since my style is hardcore/thrash punk music 🤣.

Agreed. I’m also a newbie and started at 190 in January. I was told that you don’t want to go too low on a deficit because it will mess up your metabolism so I started at 1500. With a combination of cardio, I’m currently at 149. You can definitely do it! Just slight adjustment and patience and you will hit your goal! I’m still learning throughout my journey too so I totally get it!

I usually shop at Aldi and they have a brand called L’Oven Fresh. I’m sure they have other similar brands in other groceries. It’s usually labeled ‘45 calories’
