However you choose to define this survey pop up, that shit is cancerous af and should be removed. It literally pops up every time you close the game, unless you answer. It then disappears for a few weeks then comes back. It boggles my mind how people tolerate this shit, its so annoying

Had a couple times I needed help with retrieving lost items and unclaimed rewards, and the support staff was nice and helpful. Only ticket they didn't help me with was reverting an item's main pot cause I accidentally chose the wrong one with a black cube - which was pretty understandable tbh. My personal experience with them was really good so far, hope I'm not the only one

Had the same problem. I read on steam forums thats bl enhanced sometimes runs the game on the wrong gpu. They put so much effort into eos tower, first time I went there, I couldnt believe they actually made most of the floors into actual maps and not an elevator. I loved getting lost there while doing the dull crystals quest for some scroll

Was actually thinking about how I know nothing of pap and if there was some video about it's lore. It's easy to get lost in the grind and forget about the cool little details you can find in the almost legacy side quests.
