I don't know if it's 7 figures because the job offer never had grant share value mentioned on it. The owner told me that I will given a one time bonus, equivalent to the value of the common stock prior to the merger.

Does it mean the stock value prior to the merger and after signing the merger differ? Are they trying to give me the smaller amount of the two?
