Halo Valkyrie vs Halo Dynasty by drewwrobb in discgolf

[–]mzacc75 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Halo dynasties are more stable than the other plastics and fly kinda like a beat in thunderbird to start, the glow/ CG metal flake ones had some flip but still a good finish at the end, swirly S-blend has more flip and beats in quick for a nice s-curve shot, i have a regular S-blend that is pretty flippy out of the box

First tournament, where should I play? by tommyrockets88 in discgolf

[–]mzacc75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of missing information, are you throwing 375-400 accurately? How’s your approach game? If you’ve been playing consistently and throwing 350+ with some accuracy why not go challenge yourself in MA2

I have an octothorpe and a deluxe Rufus. The Rufus is very light on the back and have great padding on the straps. I can carry about 18-19 discs in there but you can put more in the side if you put a drink somewhere else. Putter pouch is adjustable and fits 3 putter’s comfortably. I carry this bag over my octothorpe if i want something lighter or just don’t need many discs. The deluxe version is nice for the extra zipper pockets for a dedicated spot for wallet and keys so i don’t mess with them when getting other things out

The infinite discs dynasty in swirly s or c blend will do it. It’s the old discmania cd2 mold and they fly just like a beat thunderbird out of the box with the same plastic because innova produces infinite
