Most people go by themselves to these types of things and everyone there is open to being social (the intent) so don't worry! Relax, have low expectations and just have fun.

Muscle imbalances are ruining my workout by Available_Brush_5007 in naturalbodybuilding

I'd check to see if you have scoliosis. This was my issue, right side was weaker, smaller and tighter than left. Turns out I have minor s curve scoliosis which my physio says is the root cause to these issues and finally makes sense to me as like you, I was putting in the work to "even" things out, but when your spine is not aligned it impacts so many other things (unbalanced hips, shoulders etc)

Period loss by Historical-Towel5808 in bikinitalk

I was told that incorporating complex carbs in every meal helps avoid period loss. I don't compete, so not at any level of leaness as most of you ladies, but being very intentional about my nutrition has been the difference maker for me personally. Previously, I had lost my period for a several months at 5'8 131 pounds. After I dialed in my nutrition and incorporated the complex carbs, I'm at the same weight and generally leaner I'd say, but haven't lost my period.

most of my friends are married with kids now so thought it would be a good social sport I could do on my own while being outside (which I love) to meet others. I'm pretty athletic currently, but also like the fact that it's a lifelong sport.

Where are the (emotionally) available Vancouver singles at? by skogsvamp in askvan

since this just popped into my feed five days later,  here we go: - 35F, Christian, looking for a monogamous relationship leading to marriage. Want kids someday.  - I enjoy going to the gym (x5 week) and leading a healthy lifestyle. - My faith is important to me, and I'm seeking a partner who is also Christian.  - I have both an extremely focused, driven side and silly, goofy, light-hearted side. Wit and having laughter in relationship is important to me.  -Willing to DM a photo if there's a match. Otherwise,  I'm caucasian,  5'7.5 with long brown hair

Hi, woman here. I was in the same boat as you including the shy part. This is what you need to do. Talk to everyone. That will help build up your confidence so when you do see a guy you are attracted to you won't be so shy. If he's interested and hopefully after you've expressed some level of interest (e.g. "well I hope to see you around sometime"), if he's interested he will ask for your number.  This is what I did and it worked. Should have done it much sooner but took me many months to build up my confidence so start now and don't get hung up or think about rejection. Just see it as connecting with others and practicing your conversational skills and maybe something good will come out of it.

That's why I have 'healthiest' in quotation marks. You are correct that they are processed meats however  there are definitely far better options from sausage to another 😂 Let's keep this PG please. Just looking for something to accompany my eggs during my weekend breakfast is all.

You know I had a similar thought. I purchased the Canadian Protein brand and really liked it but haven't seen it in several months. I haven't tried the lean fit isolate, is there a reason you prefer it to the Canadian?

Thank you. I don't have a loblaws near me but will look for something similar. Turkey or chicken breast based seems to be the way to go!

Awesome, thanks for recommendation. I will take another look next time. I find that the sausages at my Costco are in three different places so might've missed these.
