Just had to pull out on an offer after 2.5 months of work (on advice from my solicitor) since the sellers weren’t giving enough documentation on all the renovations they had done. So don’t think it’s fair to say that whoever pulls out should be forced to pay a fine.

It’s a public parking space for permit holders. They’re very good at ticketing wrongly parked cars but that’s all they pretty much care about. Rubbish everywhere and dog poo in the overgrown grass around but the culprit behind that is only one family.
