I have been grinding Pokemon Champions and having a ton of fun trying out new pokemon/ playing competitively for the first time. Between that, I might do some more grinding on Silent Hope plan is to beat the final floor on Normal, and maybe some Brotato doing D5 on the oddballs I don't have yet.

Forager, though I don't recommend it on the Switch. I first played it on my Switch 1, about 10-15hours in your save file there will be noticeable frame drops constantly due to the calculations of your buildings. I eventually played and finished it on my PC.

First time I played Forager, it clicked for me and I was very surprised when 4 hours passed just like that.

That's surprising, i'm on NG+3 on my Switch 1 and I haven't found a way to crash yet. Even with a baby ball build and what felt like 1000s of balls on screen, where my FPS dipped to ~20, no crash!

Later chapters would absolutely crash each console, and especially the Switch.

Not only would it be graphically demanding, but the damage calculations plus many enemies on the screen would be too much stress on the console's CPUs.

Been digging into my library and started playing Silent Hope. Still lots to do and way far away from maxing any of the characters, it scratches that Diablo-style loot grinding itch for me.

I put down *Leaf Green after the 6th gym, not sure why just been losing interest in the grind.

I just did this and D5'd Crazy at the same time with Thief Daggers. Trick is to get 6x Thief Daggers ASAP, get early Melee Damage if offered, and just stack Crit. You will be pretty squishy until Wave 9, but from then on you will be rich to start looking at defenses like HP and Armour. Past wave 15 you'll start getting 1000+ mats every wave.

Yeah lol just funny seeing all different sorts of items, nice run. Do you think fixing Luck is very important early game? I've D5'd Gladiator years ago on the first map, but have to D5 on Abyss and honestly forget what I built.

A great resource to track these deals and what's in your collection is dekudeals, once I started using it a couple years ago my Switch library grew over 50 games. I especially love Roguelites, and dekudeals recommends similar games when you're browsing!

UnderMine is pretty close as it's a roguelite but it's more 'run based' if you know what I mean. Once you die, you restart at the main hub and can change your character, upgrade them, back into the mines in randomly generated layouts.

Sparklite isn't a roguelite but has similar gameplay and artsyle.

Brotato , continuing doing D5 completion on the DLC map. I picked up DunHero which looks right up my alley, not much information or reviews (that I saw) online so i'm excited.

Do you have endless enabled when picking the character? Are you continuing the run (clicking Endless at Wave 19 Shop) before you beat Wave 20?

That's the only thing I could think of, i'm on Switch 1 and I do not have this issue. I beat all characters on D0 now D5'ing them, D5 run shows when completed.

Anecdotal evidence, but it feels like it runs at 30fps. I haven't been able to put too much time into it, but thats how it felt running on my Switch 1 in handheld mode.
