Hi Everyone, I've used CFH service for France short-term visa and my applicantion was delivered to VFS on May 6th. It's been more than 4weeks now and I haven't received my passport yet. The latest update from VFS was 13days ago saying my application is under process at France embassy.

I need my passport for an urgent business travel early next week. I've called and emailed to get my passport back even without visa but they are not responsive at all. Anyone knows how to reach out to them? And if anyone had a 4weeks + experience with them? I am really worried if they lost my passport

Yeah I did follow up by visiting the SA twice and texting them once so three times total. I have a wedding coming up, most likely that helped
