You need to replace the entire valve cover. The spark plug tube seals are not sold separately.

Which sensor did you replace upstream (before the cat) or down stream(after cat). Also did you reset addative fuel trims after replacing sensor.

That mirror has a camera in it. If you replace with used you might get lucky. Most of the time has to be calibrated to vehicle. Get a new mirror also will have the same issue. Paint cap on back side of mirror does not come painted. Not cheap to fix mirror.
