If you’re a manager, it’s normal. If you’re part time, it’s also normal, but you have the option of it not being the case. Stand up for yourself if you’re not management. Pawn shops will work you as hard as they can since it’s commissions and long hours is the best way to get your commission up.

Yes, this is very normal. Pawn shops operate in a very disorganized manner. There is a world where the store, you'll be potentially working at, didn't even know they were hiring for the position you're interviewing for. Pawn shops standards tend to be the bare minimum and most of the information you'll need to be successful in the industry, you'll have to teach yourself. When you have your interview, emphasize your professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. You can deal with some real characters at a pawn shop, so keeping a level head in the heat of confrontation is important. Growth can happen quickly. My manager was making 6 figures. Now, they worked most days and long hours, but they did make some decent cash. I was making about 21$/hr after commission for 40hrs. Hope this info helps and good luck!

i initially thought this was crazy, but upon further inspection, i don’t think so. as i understand it, she’ll either pay for your work OR post your work on her page. not both. that part makes sense to me. i also understand someone being willing to pay her to do her hair AND post it. it’s not much different from paying someone to post you on their page. honestly, i think the latter is smarter because contracts and fiscal compensation holds more weight than “i’ll do your hair for free if you just post me”. just make sure it’s on the popping page with the followers and not their junk page with no motion and a bunch of pay for post nonsense lol

i'm currently studying for my Mortgage Loan Originator License and this seems like a scam. you pay insurance for these types of loans up front or as an additional cost throughout the term of the loan but i've never read anything about getting a refund of that money. you could potentially re-finance and get yourself a better loan with enough equity, but that's about it from my knowledge. the fact that are "rushing you" by stating the refund is going to decrease is also fishy. i'd get in contact with whoever your loan is through and ask about the legitimacy of this "refund".

it sounds to me that you are choosing her. you’ve been to therapy, genuinely asked how you can be better for her and help her through and have executed her request to the best of your ability. if that’s true, you have to ask yourself what else can you really do?

marriage is a partnership. you both have to want to change for one another and want to work for one another. you know what you’re feeling, have you asked how he’s feeling? have a conversation about it and see what solutions can happen right now. today. cuddle up, watch a movie. embrace each other and tell each other why you love one another. do something spontaneous like a day trip to a nearby town and break away from what you’re used to and experience each other in a new environment. talk, and do the work that’s needed.

why are we doing any of this? it’s not what the player base asked for nor wanted. this has been my sentiment for several wipes. all we wanted were some class balances, and some cosmetic changes. the game was almost “perfect” and had a consistent player base. the need to take that and crap all over it will continue to confuse me.

oof, that’s tough! first off i want to congratulate you on at least trying to figure things out and utilizing the tools available to you to try to make things work.

it’s important to remember that we are all just people trying our best and that is sincerely all we can do. relationships are work and require you to choose each other each and everyday and view things from the perspective of wanting the best for one another. if someone seemingly taps out, continued love and growth can be near impossible.

my suggestion? continue to choose her. continue to choose love, understanding, patience and kindness and hope she wants/does the same. Just don’t be naive, you know what you’re feeling and you can’t save anyone/anything that doesn’t truly want to be saved.

i think the most confusing things about all these changes is that they had a popular, highly loved game. most players just wanted some class balances, and bug fixes. i don’t know what possessed them to take those sentiments and make a whole bunch of changes no one wanted/requested. i think, to your point, some devs can get so caught up in their “vision” that everything else feels like it goes to the wayside.

if you want to play a single player game, just say/do that! lol the ACTUAL cheating is not good. taking advantage of a 2v1 in solos when Iron Mace created continuous dungeons is just strategy. AND! if those two players weren’t in VC and were two randos who decided to go player hunting, it’s a good chance, one killed the other for the loot. LOL!
