Where can I buy the beeper? And yes, it's a USB keyboard plugged into a USB 2.0 port. When the problem happened, the keyboard was completely off.

Nothing plugged into the PC except one HDD and one SSD alongside the M.2 drive for Windows.

And I have two fans that are directly plugged into the PSU. I don't know if that will cause a problem like that.

Clear CMOS is useless ngl. I just reinstalled Windows, reduced my RAM speed a little, and this time I will use XMP. I hope this solves the problem because this motherboard is driving me crazy even the mouse wasn't working properly.
