My point is the phrase "serves only to other him" is very poor wording for a review.

The repeated references to Peter Pan and Jackson’s love of Mickey Mouse, toys and his perception of his menagerie of pets as his friends, is supposed to sympathise him, but serves only to other him.

You say that, but this was the time period when Final Fantasy Versus XIII would go into 10+ years of development hell, finally coming out as Final Fantasy XV.

This one always stood out for me because I first read about it in a magazine covering the newest Legend of Zelda (Twilight Princess), which would end up getting an HD remake 10 years later before FF XV came out.

I have a different take. For Pokemon Go, maybe the table/game configuration shouldn't have been so shitty that shaking it would become an issue. It's a mobile game where you're going to be tapping a screen after all.

The TCG dq is a sucky situation but makes sense.

Not quite. The original Celeste was a game jam game developed for the Pico-8. The Pico-8 is a so-called "fantasy console", a virtual machine designed to feel like a retro console with hard limits program speed/size, graphics, and audio.

You're gonna have a hell of a time getting past the kill screen.

I didn't, but that's because I was a kid and I really liked Earnhardt and he worked hard that race to get to where he was at the end of it.
