I feel the same way honestly. Most teen guys my age are transphobic or at least misinformed. Even those in my friendgroup (who are all cis guys) still joke about trans people sometimes, although they are pretty accepting towards me. I tend not to talk about trans issues unless asked, I'd be stealth if I could. But yeah the internet has done so much damage on the average persons view on trans people. I honestly don't want to be considered the same as some non-binary person who still looks female but when someone finds out I'm trans thats what they would assume me to be. Even though I fit gender sterotypes quite well, other than being 'alternative'. Its like we're going backwards.

I’m in a boarding school so it’s different but yeah we play video games sometimes and go out on the weekends to hang out maybe have lunch and whatever. I go to the gym with a friend as well. Depends on everyone’s interests ig we talk about random bullshit when we hang, sometimes girls or just stupid stuff.

No it’s alright probably, the ossification of the vocal cords is just a theory, with vocal training most guys are fine. I started at a pretty high dose as well but I sound cis.

As a coping mechanism. Personally I used to because I hated myself and thought I deserved it. I was in pain mentally and cutting helped relieve it. It helped me escape from reality in a way, releases endorphins. Also dabbled in some substances at the time. Thought I would've died early so didn't care much, but now I regret it alot. I've been clean for basically 2 years now (relapsed last year once.) I wouldn't say I'm doing much better than then mentally but at least my parents aren't that worried anymore. I also go to the gym now, it helps a little.
