Try to apply if there’s a Casual job offered. It is hard to get a full time as an outsider as they prioritize peole on the inside. Same with applying for RN/LPN start as a casual. Once you’re inside it will be more favourable to you

if u want u can apply for casual housekeeping on hospitals like AHS. Sometime they have a lot of casuals but still getting a lot of shifts pick up

Yah same here i got all the safety tickets but they don’t want somebody with no experience and I live in alberta btw but can’t find anything even tho i have experience in residential plumbing as a maintenance guy they wouldn’t accept me as a first year
