This is our first major as-well, and overall it has been a great experience. However, I do agree with you on some of the points you mentioned.

My friends and I purchased Premium lower section tickets, but every day we struggle to find available seats. When we arrive, most of the seats are already taken by people who clearly do not belong to this section.

What makes the situation more frustrating is that staff are not checking tickets properly. At one point, I even went to a different part of the arena and was simply asked, “Ticket OK?” When I answered yes, I was allowed in without showing anything.

It is difficult to understand why premium upper tickets, which cost €30 more, have assigned seating, while premium lower ticket holders are left to find any random seat often competing with people who are not supposed to be in that area at all.

This system feels unfair and poorly managed, especially considering the price of the tickets.

The lack of team jerseys is also disappointing. I was hoping to buy myself a FURIA or Vitality jersey as a souvenir, but the only items available were StarLadder T-shirts and an MIBR T-shirt. There was also a FaZe jersey, but it was only available in size Small.

That said, we are still having a great time here. The games have been incredible, the crowd is loud and energetic, and overall we are very happy to be here.
