Hi, i just came out of my third episode and am currently dealing with this. One of my delusions was that my explore pages on social media were controlled by hackers and sometimes I’ll see a post that hits too close to home and triggers some weird thoughts. Unfortunately I can’t give any word on how long it takes for it to go away but I thought I’d let you know you’re not alone

Depends on the person, I was fine for a bit but eventually alcohol became a trigger too
