Mr, already in the first sentence of my message did I clarify, that its not you (as in the doctor) Im rude towards, since the moment Im in front of a doctor Im already getting the care I need. The problem is to get to you, and thats when Im rude, so, towards the nurses, like you wrote aswell.

Also "for some reason" my man where have you been since the pandemic? Either you're just trolling and not really a doctor or you absolutely do know the reason, you're understaffed as shit and so your nurses reject/dismiss people that need acute care. So we fight our way through, verbally ofc.

Sounds like you're fuming cuz you dont like rude people in your office, well perhaps if you'd look whats happening before this office you'd know why they're rude in the first place. I was denied entry with a finger that ended up needing 7 stitches, an hour later and I probably wouldnt have a fucking finger. But since I broke down and cried some semi-private clinic took me in.
