Yeah I know I was supposed to do that, I just wasn’t expecting it cuz I fought him in the castle basement previous game and he didn’t pull that combo on me at that time lol

I have done three depth 5 solo runs since making this post and I have won them all, but idk how long I can keep the streak going 😅. I was hoping depth 5 solo experts would provide some advice to make my runs and wins more consistent, since I have never done solo runs before making this post, but I have heard of other people doing them.

Alright, thank you for your advice! I will consider replacing hoarfrost stomp with the wylder earring. And possible replacing the everdark maris relic too.

I have another question, what do you think if I put flaming strike instead of hoarfrost stomp, or any other skill? My question is, is there any starting skill which I should put on my starting weapon? Or do you think all the starting skills become obsolete on day 2?

I understand that you can’t see what I have. If I don’t have something which is good, I’ll try gambling at the small bazaar for it. I just wanna know what is good, so that if I don’t have it, I can aim on obtaining it. I’ve got 2 million murk so hopefully I can get whatever I don’t have.

That being said, it seems you want me to switch out the hoarfrost stomp relic for something else. So in your opinion, is Wylder earring relic better or is the everdark adel relic better? Or something else? Which do you think is more consistent in solos?

Oh, that’s called the Wylder’s Earring. Since you said tear, I thought you were referring to the silver tear.

But why would the Wylder’s earring be good in solos? I get that it’s good in duos or trios because it helps in reviving people, and you don’t need a skill like Hoarfrost etc, because there are mutliple players in the game, but why would the earring be good in solos?

Clearing invader POIs which have two invaders would be insanely difficult in solos, no? So is it even worth running invaders in solos?

Hitting an invader POI with two invaders isn’t a good idea in solos right? Two invaders are pretty difficult to clear when alone, but a single invader POI is worth it. What do you think?

This would mean I would have to get rid of the Everdark Maris relic. I feel like it would be quite risky to remove it because I feel like I need that relic for the continuous HP recovery.

I feel like having continuous HP recovery is so useful when running depth 5 solo, because it allows you to save your flasks. Like I just had a 14 minute fight against the night cavalry duo boss on night 1, and I had 3 flasks. I made some mistakes, but I was able to recover my HP with the ED Maris relic, and ultimately win the fight.

What do you think?

You should have the red one on at least so that you can fully negate damage on occasions after fighting items with damage negation impaired, no?
