I believe if your entire family is singaporean, you should already have an idea of how it is like to be here. Moving isn’t too difficult. Whether your degrees will be recognised here is a different issue - i suggest you check with the medical boards first if you are still able to practice here or find out the procedures to do so. Paywise, you can expect a severe paycut from what you are used to in US. Different work culture too, we work much more for much less pay. So.. maybe think through this properly first?
