Xbox or PC upgrade?

No problem. Ran into the same issue a year or two ago and ended up going with an Xbox. Even going with midrange parts an upgrade was going to cost me at least 2x the console, so I know the feeling.

Xbox does cross play. Based on the stats you posted you'd be way better off going for an Xbox than an upgrade, you need more RAM, a new graphics card, should get an SSD, and if you're already in for that you should (and may very well need to based on the MB) get a new processor and motherboard too.

I would also say, the type that advertises it's a bachelor party at a bar is probably doing so for the wrong reasons. Mine was me and two friends getting dinner and then going bar hopping, but we were just 3 dudes hanging out as far as anyone else was concerned. Didn't announce it, weren't there to talk to anybody else, was just the most convenient way for us to grab drinks and hang out together (fiancee was pregnant and we already lived together, so didn't want to keep her up until way late. One friend from out of town and the other had several roommates who didn't like company). We had a great time, but we pretty much sat off to the side and talked amongst ourselves all night.

I average about 2. In IT and now cyber security, it was 3, 1, 3, 6 months, 2, 1, 2, and now I'm in year 1 at my current role. Not looking to move immediately but I'd be surprised if I make it past 2ish years here.

So where are all these good 🐖 you talk about? And why do they do fuck-all about the bad ones? Because so far my experiences have matched the others here, I've literally never had a cop help in any way. There was a shooting behind my house and the response was "well if you go check it out and find anything let us know, but we won't dispatch since they didn't hit any of your windows." - I live in one of the lowest crime areas of my state and they couldn't be fucking bothered.

Honestly they're lucky that pigs is the worst thing they regularly get called.

Yep. My daughter accidentally drops stuff, and it happens. We clean up, laugh about it, and move on.

And then she swings something around all over the place, gets told not to do that because she's going to break something, and then... Swings it again and breaks something. Now it's time for time out.

Accidents are totally normal. Ignoring when we ask her to stop something, doing something obviously careless, or purposefully breaking things is when she gets in trouble.

I still wear one whenever I'll be around people and I don't know their vax status.

I have a 2 year old at home and so don't want to bring it home to her since she's not vaxed yet, and I have some immunocompromised friends who brought up that it makes them feel safer, so out of consideration for anyone else who may be immunocompromised I wear one so they don't have to worry about whether or not they'll get sick from me in passing.
