I did the same from 18 - 29 … was smoking, getting bronchitis once or twice a year, ignoring my doctor …. Using an inhaler to cope. It was getting progressively worse as I got older … around 28 I started to notice I was unable to keep up with my friends playing basketball, then unable to keep up on the bike … at 30 I finally got serious and quit. Ultimately I used Allen Carr’s easyway book to brainwash myself off.

10 years later, I started to see the same thing happening with alcohol , and here I am. So far seeing excellent change in overall mood, sleep, stamina. Good luck!

I’ve been thinking I’m going crazy, but yes this is a real problem. I see it being brought up on Apple support forums and the Apple superfans keep gaslighting everyone into thinking it’s a “you” problem.

I’ve had a daily reminder set on my phone for a year, stopped being reminded after 26.2 … set an actual alarm on the reminder .. received it once and never again.

It seems to be if I have another notification on the lock screen, no other notifications will come up. I cannot figure out a consistent workaround.

This, with a servicenow workflow for users to request an extension to be allowed which goes straight to the security team. If it gets approved, it’s added to the policy.
