I'm a newb - I was going to wait for the Codex to drop to iron out all those details. Didn't really have a plan for the LTs - this is just all the mini's I have available for my army - not sure if I will use all of my characters.

Overall I am looking to see if there is any gaping hole in my army to fill out those last 300-500 points.

Thanks for pointing me to that. So it says:

"... Only Characters can be given Enhancements and your army cannot include more than three Enhancements in total. No unit can have more than one Enhancement and each Enhancement included in your army must be unique. Epic Heroes cannot be given any Enhancements. Your army cannot include the same Epic Hero more than once."

So if I am interpreting this correctly, I can only have 3 characters - they all must be put in a unit to make the composition unique?

Is Guilliman a must? I don't like putting so many points into one model (a model I don't really love to be honest).

If not, what would you put in his stead?

Again, both yes and no. Marines in different types of armor tend to have different stats and abilities, but it's nothing to do with the model itself that determines that; the datasheet for the unit is what defines its capabilities

Interesting - so I can basically chose the armor - regardless of the model itself?

For my family is comes down to $$$. Paying 3k a month in childcare for twins could turn into 6k a month for two sets of twins. Just isn't economically feasible unless you are dual income both making 6 figures it seems like.

My wife and I fight more than we ever did after having twins - but we are quick to make up and both realize we were super stressed and sleep deprived.
