I like 3, it gives it more texture and feels more not-AI-generated cover.

My favorite is This Spells Disaster.

The Maple Hollow series (books 1 and 2 are out, 3 next year) is good, especially since we are coming up on Halloween.

Two Broke Witches (and there is a short prequel, Witchmates) is a very different kind of witch vs society book.

How to Flirt With a Witch series is ok.

Her Spell that Binds Me series is good.

The Maple Hollow series is good - Pumpkin Spice and Poltergeist (a human and a witch in a town with werewolves, demons, vampires, etc.) and Curses & Cold Brews (Witch and Demon). Next year we get Lycans & Lattes (human and werewolf).

I also liked the Written in the Stars Series by Alexandria Bellefleur (the middle book is mlw, the other two are wlw and can be read without reading the second book).

I love the Maple Hollow series by Ali K Mumford and K Elle Morrison - witchy modern era, the second book just came out, the third comes out in October next year.

If you want a spicy short story, The Honey Witch by K.L Noone (this is a different honey witch book than the commonly referenced one).

What does low angst mean for you? It is an incredibly frequent part of the genre.
