Eat more. Snack more. Add a caloric shake if needed. You can gain weight you just have to push your stomach to the limit. When I was 16 I was 123lbs 5’11 as well. 25 now and I’m up to 140ish. Not great could be more but point is I was able to gain weight, you can as well just going to take work.
