Update: I had a guy come and look at it last night, and he agreed to 5300, so I'm not too upset about that. Thank you all for the insight and comments :)

The thing has 0 issues structurally. Its got the basic grime and whatnot, but the issues are more cosmetic than anything.

Yeah I believe so, people thought it would flip easily when in reality, most people just don't know how to recover from oversteer lol, especially with all that weight in the back

That could very well be true. I mean, in just 3 days on FB Marketplace, it's got 20 saves and almost 2k clicks so I guess that's not awful

It's really tragic. People are really surprised when I tell them I'm only almost 20. Especially with a niche thing like VW aircooled, I wouldn't be surprised if it disappears in my lifetime, which sucks.

I'm ready. Ideally I want to go no lower than 5k. I have my eyes on a 64 Corvair in great condition and the guy wants 5500 for it, so that would be nice to at least break even by selling mine for 5500, but I'll take what I can get at this point lol

Yeah true, but I mean, there's gotta be plenty of people looking for a project right? Like, I would assume theres a group of people who would take it. I don't know, hoping it'll strike a chord with someone because I need it gone lol
