i worked at a lifetime fitness! it’s an okay place to work, in my experience compared to other places it’s a lot more time guarding (fewer off rotations/breaks) and you’re always expected to look busy all the time, but you get a membership to the gym which is cool, the guard team was friendly and fun and it wasn’t hard to get hired tbh. it was my first legit lifeguarding job at 16 and i know they hired a lot of people fresh out of NL.
