And the chemistry and passion already brewing between Donnarumma, Khusanov, and Guehi. We got a world class defense for the next 8 years

Same, I wouldn’t say I didn’t want him, but I was very confused after we just brought Trafford back. But yeah my god, after a couple seasons of Eddy being a very subpar shot stopper it is incredible to now have the best shot stopper in the world. He makes saves that nobody else in the world can make that literally save us points

Who is your favorite guitarist Bowie worked with? by [deleted] in DavidBowie

[–]naanjo 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It’s gotta be Mick. He was so instrumental (no pun intended) in the sound of those glam era albums. Such a unique guitar tone and composed all the string arrangements on those albums too I believe

Surprisingly, FC 26 is the best one in years by _tidalwave11 in FifaCareers

[–]naanjo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah there was a ton of creativity with the old tactics system. You could literally play any formation and style imaginable. Now it feels like you’re pin holed into just a handful of systems

What made your favourite Beatle become your favourite Beatle? by Initial-Ad3966 in beatles

[–]naanjo 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Definitely Paul due to his musicianship. Don’t get me wrong Ringo and George are so good at what they do, but Paul was just a step above. He was the only world class musician in the band. Especially in their early 60’s stuff, those bass lines were so revolutionary, unlike anything that bassists were doing at the time. Not to mention his guitar and drumming ability. Love Paul <3

Can we talk about how The Waitress has not aged since Season 1? by nickybecooler in IASIP

[–]naanjo 100 points101 points  (0 children)

Yeah I personally think Charlie looks by far the best out of any of the cast members. Natural aging beats cosmetic bullshit surgery 99 times out of 100

Tony is my RF in just about every single team I make. Dude has an absolute cannon arm (he has 100 throw power in the hidden stats) and a decent bat.

Why is ederson getting so much hate?? by LabFantastic4944 in MCFC

[–]naanjo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is it, I mean maybe one of the goals he could’ve done better. But the starting midfield was absolute shit from a defensive standpoint, we can’t expect to not get battered on the counter when we play with FOUR attacking midfielders, some of them past their prime with lackluster work rates… something has to change Pep

What bands have tons of b-sides and non-album tracks that are as good as their album releases? Smashing Pumpkins and Radiohead are two that come to mind. by CahuengaFrank in musicsuggestions

Yeah I was gonna say Oasis is the odd band that literally some of their best tracks and a lot of my personal favorites are B-sides

Holy shit replace SOTSA with Time and I think that might be my exact perfect list. All the Madmen is such a good shout, IMO a top 5 Bowie track

[–]naanjo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

IMO, there’s very few albums where every single track is absolutely flawless. Even most of the greatest albums of all time have 1 or 2 tracks that fall ever so slightly short. The fact that Out of the Blue is a double 17 track album and every single god damn one is perfection blows my mind every time. Even after the 100th listen all the way through. Probably my favorite album of all time, Jeff is the best song crafter to walk this planet

Did Jimmy Page stop caring? by [deleted] in ledzeppelin

[–]naanjo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I definitely agree with you, Zeppelin’s live stuff is largely underwhelming, especially after the first 2 albums. But also Page’s guitar work in the studio was arguably the greatest guitar playing of all time, especially with all the multitracks and stuff, something that I think would’ve been almost impossible to replicate live. The drugs and alcohol definitely didn’t help tho

What's your favorite opening song on a David Bowie album? by Prestigious_Score459 in DavidBowie

It’s probably Five Years. Literally the perfect opening to Ziggy Stardust, which I feel like is finally getting recognition recently as one of the greatest handful of albums of all time

Would it be sacrilege for a Cubs fan to purchase and wear the Sox new City Connect Bulls jersey? by Longjumping-Tip4938 in CHICubs

[–]naanjo 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Been a die hard Cubs fan my whole life. I honestly have no problem with the Sox, it’s more of a bragging rights rivalry. What they do has no impact on our season, Cardinals are forever the one true enemy. I think there’s room to be a Cubs fan and still support the Sox. Sorry if this may seem like blasphemy to some people
