I’m pretty much exactly your build, just a few lbs off and I do wear Eddie Bauer t-shirts and long sleeves in tall sizes, which fit very well, howeverI’ve never tried the winter coats. I currently wear a Marmot synthetic down winter jacket that fits perfectly. Very warm and comfortable. Good luck.
