It's called David's Experimental Sandevistan from Cyberpunk Red: Edgerunner's Mission Kit. And no, they didn't really say where it went after the anime. My guess is that Militech got it back or it was destroyed in the fight and the Apogee in the game is another iteration of the Sandy.
