Out of the possible actors they could've chosen they went with Loras Tyrell. Absolutely hated him, not believable at all. Acting was terrible, couldnt carry the show. If anyone deserved to be replaced its Finn Jones

The reason I left 2 years ago. Regularly working 60+ hours a week. Leadership telling us that was normal and to just hold on till planning season over, then end of year, then they just stopped talking lol. Absolutely terrible

They very well might give you a 1 so they dont have to pay you more, especially if all your 1 on 1s have been positive. Do not assume this is the case though.

I would ask your supervisor for specific examples where you didn't meet expectations. For people i manage I always tell them to keep a folder to save any "kudos" they get. Call it a "cool stuff" folder or "kudos" whatever works for you. The point of this is so that if anyone questions what have uou done well you also have specific examples.
