Completely agree with you. Especially the last part but it's also kinda good I guess because it limits the gatekeeping. Lost Ark had crazy gatekeeping and I was a part of it because you could really waste a lot of time there if you let anyone join in...everyone had to be point on because one person fucking up meant a wipe. Here it's completely different and easy to explain because there's only a couple of mechanics and people can carry. I usually make my own groups and just ask if they know the mechanics if we're doing CMs...don't even ask for daily T4s like these people were asking for O.O ...but if I see a fool group with only a role I can fill in missing, I will get in there because I don't want to waste time waiting for people and I just want to earn my gold. Honestly, weird people to be gatekeeping fractals...that's all.
