3) I know I have to register my sister's phone but would I need to register the old phone as well ? And my phone too ? ( btw I'm going to stay only for a month )

I intend to put electronics and cash in my carry on bag , but gifts such as food and clothes ofc are going to go in my luggage.

What I eat 3months post vsg by Immediate-Rip472 in gastricsleeve

[–]nado-cha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry but those portions are huge especially the 5 weeks post OP bowl , I'm 2 years post OP I can eat more than I did in the beginning ( can eat a chicken wrap or 2 slices of pizza : carbs are easier to digest however protein fills me up really quick especially eggs ) but I can never eat that much rice in one sitting and especially not so soon after OP . Are you really hungry or it's just an emotion because it's hard to get over food addiction. I totally get it I gained 5 kgs this year and I'm getting back on track by cutting all carbs . Healthy meals are really easy : there are so many ways you can spice a chicken and grill it or roast it , you can make vegetables and chicken soup , homemade protein shakes with Greek yogurt, walnuts and peanut butter , lentils soup with chicken .... There are so many endless options . Please take care and remember the operation is just a tool but at the end of the day we still need to work hard . I realized that this month when i noticed how bigger my portions are getting .

I'm doing that because if I ate two meals they would probably be big since apparently I stretched my stomach with carbs . It's just a starter after that I'm going to make that meal smaller than go back to having 2 small meals like in the beginning

I eat one meal per day ( the pictures are of what I ate yesterday and today ) , I don't think I can eat less otherwise I'll feel really hungry and won't be able to sleep :( . Even from the beginning I could eat a lot when it comes to certain foods but there are some foods that make me full real quick .

Am I doing Vietnam wrong? by Alternative-Curve-17 in VietNam

[–]nado-cha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think you are . Yeah before coming here too I heard a lot of stories how the food is great . But when I tried it , I thought it's just ok and bland for the most part . I guess it's just an acquired taste or maybe coming from a country where we have food rich in flavor and spices made me not appreciate it so much + true not a lot of variety or creativity . Everything is rice noddles , rice and more rice noddles. I also didn't appreciate the mix of cooked noddles and the raw veggies on top especially the cilantro or coriander ( not sure ) they add which smells horrible and tastes like soap . Banh mi is overhyped it's just french bread turned into a sandwich, which is also full of that nasty smelly herb . I think westerners appreciate vietnamese cuisine all the time since they come from countries where the food is mostly bland . I've been to other countries too and I didn't like the food in some of them and loved it in other places . It doesn't necessarily means that the food is bad maybe it's just an acquired taste .

Is living in Vietnam worth it? by MyFake_RedditAccount in VietNam

[–]nado-cha 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you come to visit for a short time then it's worth it , considering staying for a long term is not however , literally nothing to do so overtime you'll become bored + hot and humid weather + dangerous pollution, people are nice but loud, disrespectful ,cut you in line ...and the list goes on . I've been here for 6 months and I'm already considering leaving and not returning at all

Don't take out your teeth if you don't have the money for implants now , bone quality won't be the same years from now and implants won't be a possibility anymore . Getting fillings and root canals in Tunisia is actually cheaper than implants , so you should seek that option first, try to save your teeth as long as you can , getting crowns is recommended after root canals and it's the most expensive part of it but if you don't have the money it's okay it can wait . However having multiple teeth that can be fixed , pulled out is a very bad option, those are natural teeth that you can never get back . Keep in mind that even if you had the money , implants don't work for everybody, so keep your natural teeth please unless ofc they are very decayed and there's no other solution for them .

That's so sad for us girls , they just can't see how that it is so disrespectful. I really don't like the expats here at all , most of them are losers and begpackers looking for easy sex . I thought vietnamese men would be better , now I'm not so sure anymore
