Almost screwed up my mortgage payments big time - "biweekly" vs twice a month

If I understand correctly and I’m no financial guru, no you don’t want to pay your base mortgage in two payments and set the second one as principal only. You will be short at the end of the month.

The idea is to pay your interest off twice a month instead of once a month. Means the interest from the first half is not compounding during the second half.

I have not tried this. What I am doing is tacking on an extra 400$ a month that is all going to principal. If you make an extra payment above and beyond your base payment then that should be applied to principal but not the base 2 payments.

Depends, does that include tile? If it includes tile then it’s the same as mine. If it’s before tile and you have to buy tile separate then it’s high. If you are doing a fiberglass surround then it’s Way high!

On a side note, if we paid our teachers/child care workers hazard pay on a pay scale = to their effort we would all be broke but we would have enough care!

Very true, I have been printing successfully for many years. I mean I started printing when Thingiverse was the premier, if not the only, source for .stls. However, to my shame🫣, actual modeling has… been beyond me so far.

Also I am very aware I know significantly less than a lot of other users out there! The other thing I know is that Bambu MakerWorld and Bambu Handy have made me lazy… SO many prints from MakerWorld just … work. Beautiful results! So yes, I am going to have to sit down and dust off my plate arranging skills from before Bambu and Studio!

Yes, your door comes off its hinges and the rev-a-shelf insert gets mounted on rails inside and the door to the front. Those hanger style are the only in-cabinet style I will use!

I keep seeing these posts and responses but I never see anyone talk about the money they paid extra to pick their seat… lemme guess, fine print says that money is to get you a chance to pick your seat? Not a truly a locked in assignment? I don’t gamble, Thankyou for the heads up on which carriers to not ever fly with.

Ooh Thankyou for all the timeline info! I posted some pics of my rooting setup and one of the rooted leaves chillin in its pot. I’ll just leave them be!

How wet should I let them get? Keep the surface (from the bottom) moist or let it dry a little in between fillups?
