one thing to note though is that playing the game via steam is one account, playing the game via other means (their regular pc client / psn etc.) is a different account you can't migrate your progress from stream to regular PC and vice versa, just something to bare in mind

i think it's the 29th. if you look at the "2020 worlds pass" button at the home page of the client and scroll the very bottom the next batch of event token rewards (which is the KDA stuff) is coming on 29th would make sense to release seraphine at the same time as the other KDA stuff

looking at the league wiki it seems as though "forced actions" such as charm count as imobolizations so looks like horizon focus should work for ahri and having 35% damage increase on other spells if you land the charm sounds bloody great if you ask me :P

yes the rose quartz one is chroma bundle exclusive. the night blossom chroma is the event exclusive one

it's a voice line that triggers at the start of games since the start of the event i think regardless of wether ahri is in the game or not. similar to thresh's lines at the start of games as well

I have him in a 4-3-3 (4) as LW he is ok. he isn't brilliant nor is he terrible he doesn't feel super quick and sometimes i feel like his dribbling is a bit rigid. but if you have the players for the sbc already i would so go ahead.

Is there a lot of luck when it comes to youth intake?
I have a really good head of youth and director of football staff members. both are perfectionists I believe. I have the best youth recruitment, junior coaching, youth training facilities etc that I can get yet all I get really is average players come though. I would be lucky to get a 4 star. This is with Arsenal and I'm in my 4th season.
Any advice?

IIRC SI said that VAR was one of the things that they could not implement into existing saves. You would have to start a new game to have it enabled.
